The programme Erasmus + aims to support actions in the fields of education, training, youth and sport during the period 2014-2020.

ERASMUS +

The programmeErasmus +fits into the strategy Europa 2020 strategy in the education and training and in the 2020 strategy Rethinking Education, and includes all educational initiatives, education, youth andsport.
Erasmus + integrates existing programmes in the lifelong learning programme and also higher education programmes international: Mundus, Tempus, alpha, Edulink and bilateral programmes, in addition to the Youth in Action Programme.

PROGRAMS
This program, has a clear vocation of internationalization beyond the borders of the HAT, opening up to third countries with the aim of improving capabilities.

It consists of actions in areas:

  • Mobility of people on grounds of learning;

  • Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices;

  • Support for reform of policies;

  • Actions Jean Monnet;

  • Actions in sport;

The actions of the programme Erasmus + are divided into decentralized activities and actions centralized. Decentralized actions are managed in each country by national agencies who are appointed by the authorities of that country. The national agency in Spain is theSpanish service for the internationalisation of education (SEPIE)under the ministry of education, culture and sport.

Centralised actions are handled at European level by theExecutive Agency of education, Audiovisual, and culture (EACEA)within the European Commission and headquartered in All. In centralised actions EACEA is in charge of managing the entire life cycle of projects, from the design of conditions and guidelines funding lines, passing through the selection and evaluation of projects, contacts with beneficiaries, signing agreements for their realization, financial management, supervision, monitoring and dissemination of the results.

Actionssportof Erasmus + are centralized actions, why are managed entirely by EACEA.

ERASMUS + SPORT

Actions in collaborative partnership offer the opportunity to develop, transfer and implement innovative practices in different areas related to sport and physical activity among various organizations and actors, inside and outside the sport.
It is innovative projects with the aim of:

  • Combat doping at the grassroots level, especially in environments of sport of leisure and fitness of “ ”;
  • Support prevention and sensitize actors involved in the fight against the rigging of sports competitions;
  • Support prevention educational action and innovative approaches to address violence, racism and intolerance in sport;
  • Support implementation of policy documents of the HAT, such as recommendations, guidelines, political strategies, etc. (for example the guidelines of physical activity of the HAT, the guidelines on Dual Careers Athletes from the HAT, the principles of good governance in sport, etc.).

All this with a particular focus on sport basis.

The actions of sporting events Europeans without spirit of lucre imply grant allocation of the HAT to individual organizations for the preparation, organization and up to an event finished

These actions supporters:

  • The implementation, in the field of sport, strategies of the HAT in the areas of social inclusion and equal opportunities, in particular the gender equality strategy of the HAT and strategy of disability of the HAT;
  • The implementation of the guidelines of physical activity of the HAT, to encourage participation in sport and physical activity;
  • The organization of the European Week of sport.

Equally with a particular focus on sport basis.

Through the agenda competitions Erasmus + Sport are deployed:

  • Actions in Collaborative Partnership.
  • Sporting Events for Profit.

It is hoped that these actions to promote the development, transfer and / or implementing innovative practices at European and national level, but also regional and local, and contribute to the development of the European dimension of sport.

PROJECTS ERASMUS + WITH THE PARTICIPACIÓN OF CSD

The project "i-protect in sport" and "BADMINTON FOR ALL" are two projects with the participation of High Council of sports and pursue the development of a European platform for the protection of minors in sport and the creation of a European network for Badminton inclusive, respectively

This project pursues the development of a European platform for the protection of minors in sport. Also includes spain, as partners through prestigious public or private institutions, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxemburgo, United Kingdom. The CSD participates as a partner of this project and the founding Sport Young has the role of coordinator.

BADMINTON FOR ALL

The project “ B4ALL ” proposes to create a European network for Badminton inclusive. Also includes spain as partners through prestigious public or private institutions Man, Finlandia, France, Italy, United Kingdom. The CSD participates as a partner of this project.

Call for proposals Erasmus + Sport 2017

1. DATA FROM THE CONVENING 2017

  1. Call of 1.2. Programme Erasmus + for 2017 published in the DOUA dated 20 October 2016.

Specifically for sports (Erasmus + Sport) se convocan:

To) SHARES IN COLLABORATIVE ASOCIACIÓN: to start on 1 January 2018 and during 12,18,24,30 Or 36 months, as required by the project.

Must participate at least 5 entities of 5 different countries of the program.

The maximum grant will be 400,000 €.

25% Of projects proposed for grant will be associated with each of the 4 items: Participation, education and careers Duals Integrity and Good governance, Fight against violence and Social inclusion. (Consult these items in detail in the page 229 of the guide).

As a novelty costs that can be subsidize (not to 2017 detailed):

- Management and implementation of the project: with a maximum monthly total (2750 €), for the task manager (500 €) and for each partner (250 €).

- Transnational Meetings: with a fixed depending on the distance traveled by participant (575-760 €).

- Exceptional expenses: as subcontractors or guarantees. According To actual spending with a maximum of 80% of eligible expenditure or 50,000 €.

- Intellectual production (reports, surveys, inventions …): payment by working day as labour categories and according to countries (232-234 pages).

- Multipliers (spread, conferences, seminars …) as source of the participant (excluding the members of entities of the project): £100 participant national, 200 €internationally. With A maximum of 30 €.

(B) PEQUEÑAS COLLABORATIVE ASOCACIÓN ACTIONS to initiate the 1 January 2018 and during representing 12.18, or 24 months, as required by the project.

Must participate at least 3 entities of 3 different countries of the program.

The maximum amount of 60,000 €.

With great flexibility in the themes of projects.

As a novelty costs that can be subsidize (not to 2017 detailed) and are exposed in subparagraph (A), but are not covered expenses of “ intellectual production ” or “ multipliers ”.

(C) EUROPEAN SPORTS EVENTS FOR PROFIT: to start on 1 November 2017 and until 31 October 2018.

It organizes an entity but must be participating in the event of at least 12 países-programa (can be carried out simultaneously in several países-programa).

For events during the week European sports: maximum €300,000 (approximately 4 events).

For events not connected with the European Week of sport: maximum €500,000 (approximately 8 events).

Subsidized costs will be the event's themselves, with some indirect administrative of a maximum of 7%)
