Presidency
José Manuel Rodríguez Uribes (Valencia, 1968) is as a Doctor and professor of legal and political Philosophy, first in the university of Valencia (since 2001) and later in the Carlos III de Madrid university (since 2004).
Rodríguez Uribes was Minister of culture and sport of the government of Spain (2020-2021), Director General of support to victims of terrorism (2006-2011), Director of the Graduate Institute of Human Rights bartolomé de las Casas (2016-2018) and the Antonio Berinstain about terrorism and its victims.
Moreover, 2018 and 2019 José Manuel Rodríguez Uribes was representative of the government in the community of Madrid and subsequently member on the assembly of Madrid.
Between october 2021 and december 2023 was ambassador of spain to UNESCO.
