The CSD has agreed to establish a collaborative platform with the CCAA to coordinate together round
Madrid, 25 August 2020.The High Council of sports (CSD), through the General manager of sports, Joaquín of Arísteguí, ha convocat this morning, so telematics, the first extraordinary meeting with representatives of the autonomous communities (CCAA) to share views and prepare the return of sporting competitions not state-level professionals.
All the representatives of the CCAA have unanimously approved this initiative by CSD and have expressed general support for the issues raised by the General Director for sports who was exposing the desire of the secretariat of state for sport to develop a document that allows CCAA and sports federations harmonize efforts, with full respect the framework of competence of autonomous governments, and bearing in mind the validity, complete or partial in this new phase of the regulatory architecture of the previous phase, developed by the CSD through the task force to the momentum of sport/GTID.
At the end of the meeting CCAA have accepted the proposal of CSD to create a platform for coordination between the border and the CCAA GTID. Finally agreed that one of the first issues to be debated within this platform (whose inaugural meeting will take place next week) would be the draft harmonised protocol submitted by the CSD for the return of non-professional state competitions. The aim of the Secretariat of State is present a first document, which today will receive the Autonomous Communities, aimed at identifying a solid common denominator for a reference to the state level, which will start, securely, non-professional competitions for the season 2020/2021.
