Frankfurt’s FC Barcelona-Eintracht declared high-risk

2 December 2025.- The Standing Committee of the State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sport has agreed to the declaration of high risk for the following party:

The declaration of high risk obliges the clubs to adopt additional security measures in the system of ticket sales, the separation of hobbies within sports venues and the control of accesses to the stadium.  

In addition, the security forces reinforce their preventive deployments, especially with regard to the surveillance of the swellings, always in coordination with all the operators involved in the celebration of the sporting event and the protection of the attendees.

For the declaration of high risk, elements such as the massive displacement of German fans to Barcelona or history of previous meetings have been evaluated.
