Meeting of the president of the CSD and AEPSAD, María José Free, with the general director of national police, Brown Francisco




Madrid, 25 October 2018.-La presiding CSD and AEPSAD, María José Free, accompanied by the director general of sports, Marian Soriano, and the director of the AEPSAD, José Luis Sand, has maintained today a meeting with the general manager of the national police in which has been in value institutional collaboration between these agencies in the fight against doping in sport.




The meeting, held at the headquarters of the General direction of the national police, has served to emphasise the importance of cooperation and joint work being pursued in the dismantling of frames associated with the marketing of banned substances in sport.




María José Free has appreciated the work performed by the national police in this field and has highlighted the government's commitment to “working closely with the forces and security of the state and its specialized groups, to the fight against doping ”.




For its part, the director of the AEPSAD, José Luis Sand has recalled that “the quarter of sanction files opened by the AEPSAD during this year have originated in intelligence actions in cooperation with national police and Civil Guard ”.
