Rienda attends the submission of the 23rd edition of the League wish, “ Female ” of Cantabria

Madrid, 28 march 2019.The secretary of State for sport, María José Rienda, has assisted today to the act of presentation of the 23rd edition of the League wish “ Feminine ” that took place in the bowling “ Jesús Vela Jareda ” Renedo de piélagos (Cantabria).

During the event, which have been present all teams participating in the competition, has been able to witness an exhibition match between the Peñas Bolísticas Campoo de Yuso (champion League), and The Carmencita (Champion Copa Cantabria).

Moreover, the secretary of state for sports has had the opportunity to be present at the School Olympiad, which took place in the locality of Los Corrales de Buelna. There has emphasized the importance of sport basis in the autonomous communities: “ it is essential for the high-level sport can develop with guarantees at the national level ”.

In addition, a visit to the house of sport, the centre of Sports Medicine, and rowing Club Camargo have completed the day.

During the different acts attended Rienda, have been present, among other authorities, the representative of the government of Cantabria, Pablo Zuloaga; the councillor of education, culture and Sport, Francisco Fernández Mañanes; and the director General of Sport, Gloria Gómez.
