LISSAVETZKY THANKED BUSINESSES ITS SUPPORT FOR TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OF ATHLETES
Madrid, 8 jul. 09. The secretary of State for sport, Jaime Lissavetzky has presided today the act of signing of cooperation agreements 23 Spanish companies with the programme of Attention to the Top-level (PROAD) which has launched the High Council of sports (CSD) to guide and facilitate the formation and job placement of athletes.
During the event, which has been submitted by the former gymnast Almudena Cid, has forged a video that some of the best athletes of our country have stressed the importance of this programme formativo-profesional to overcome the difficulties encountered athletes both in his training as professional development at the end of his athletic career.
Likewise, representing the collaborating companies have spoken Joe Ignacio Entrecanales (ACTIVATES) and Juan Antonio Corbalán (Makeateam) that have highlighted the initiative of CSD and their satisfaction at being able to support the athletes who for many years have spent their time and effort to represent Spain.
Finally Jaime Lissavetzky has closed the event, which was held in Multiple row of high performance of CSD, appreciating the determined collaboration of companies and emphasizing the great reception given to the PROAD that already have benefited 600 athletes. “ We are convinced – has expressed Jaime Lissavetzky- that a sport career cannot prevent a career, therefore we offer the sportsman a the PROAD, a tool to combine both sides of his life ”
