The State Commission against Violence in Sport declares the match between Real Oviedo and Athletic de Bilbao to be high-risk

• The declaration of high risk obliges the organizers to adopt additional measures in the control of access, ticket sales and the distribution of rival hobbies

6 February 2026.- The Standing Committee of the State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sport has agreed on the declaration of high risk for the following football match:

First Division

• Real Oviedo – Athletic de Bilbao
• Oviedo, February 15, 2026

The declaration of high risk obliges clubs to adopt additional security measures in the system of ticket sales, the separation of hobbies within sports venues and the control of access to pavilions or stadiums.  

In addition, the security forces reinforce their preventive deployments, especially with regard to the surveillance of the swellings, always in coordination with all the operators involved in the celebration of the sporting event and the protection of the attendees.
