The CSD resolves aspects necessary for the development of the first female Division football
Madrid, 29 june 2023.The high council of sports (CSD) has solved this thursday aspects necessary for the development of the first Division football female through a resolution of its president, viktor Francs.
In the absence of a convention for the coordination agreed between the royal spanish football Federation (DVOBOJU) and A Professional League football (LPFF), whose statutes were approved in march 2002, and in compliance with the new law on sports, the president of the CSD resolved aspects necessary for the development of the first female Division football.
This resolution aims to guarantee the future of the spanish soccer and discharge the functions that the sports act attributed to the CSD in the absence of agreement between the two parties.
Victor Francs explained this morning to the president of the DVOBOJU, Luis Rubiales, and the chairman of the LPFF, Beatriz alvarez, details of the framework which will regulate the competition at a meeting held at headquarters of the supreme council for sports (CSD) under an atmosphere of cordiality.
Article 96.2 paragraph 2 of law 39/2002 provides that “ in cases where no convention existiere coordination between a professional league new sports federation and the spanish reprove is a system within the council for sports for the attribution of jurisdiction ” and “ resolution of those issues strictly necessary in which there should be coordination between the professional league and spanish sports federation for ensuring the commencement and progress of the competition ”.
Finally, in the absence of a convention for the coordination agreed between the DVOBOJU and LPFF, victor Francs, after the meeting with the two sides, has adopted the relevant resolution to ensure that the next course will start with the necessary regulatory framework of the competition.
