Synchronized Swimming NAT-SIN

0 AMBITO OF APLICACIÓN

This Rule is applicable Regulatory in pools containing glasses for the practice of synchronized swimming and where you are going to celebrate competitions of the Spanish Federation Real swimming, in their pattern of figures and routines. Is the responsibility of the Federation the approval of each installation for the organisation of official competitions of synchronized swimming.

This document has been produced with the purpose of normalizing regulatory aspects of any facility able to practice this sport, which took into account the current regulation of the Real Spanish Federation swimming and the existing international Rules.

In construction projects or reform of swimming pools to be certified will include this requirement in memory and the solicitation techniques and their amount in the budget, but shall be prerequisite having obtained the approval to perform the receipt of the works.

1 DIMENSIONS

The glass of synchronized swimming pool, in its two modes of figures and routines, will have some areas whose dimensions must have the following values:

1a) FIGURES

For the competition of figures it is necessary that the glass can dispose of two areas of 10 m long and 3 m wide each, with the side of 10 m parallel to the wall of glass and separated from the wall of glass no more 1.50 m. The minimum depth of these two areas will be 1.80 m, however it is preferable that one of them has a minimum depth of 3 m and the other of 2.50 m. in Olympics and The world championships in depth should be a minimum of 3 m and 2.50 m.See Figure NAT-SIN-1

1b) ROUTINES

For the competition of routines or aquatic ballet is necessary that the glass of the pool can dispose of an area with a minimum size of 25 m by 12 m and maximum of 30 m by 20 m. The depth is at least 1.80 m, however it is preferable that inside, an area of 12 m by 12 m has a minimum depth of 3 m still the minimum depth of the rest of 2.50 m with a distance in pending to save both depths of 8 m at least. At Olympics and World championships minimum area will be 30 m by 20 m and the minimum depth in the area of 12 m by 12 m will be 3 m still remaining depth of 2.50 m with a distance in pending to save both depths of 8 m as a minimum,see Figure NAT-SIN-2.

Areas for the competition of figures can occupy the same area of the piscinaque is used for the competition of aquatic ballet / routines.

3 SWIMMING POOLS FOR NATACIÓN SYNCHRONIZED

Are suitable for the practice of synchronized swimming N1 vessels to N7 defined in the standard swimming NIDE, modifying its maximum dimension with mobile elements (INSTALL, and ENJOYED N7) and with the minimum required depths. In this case are also
fit to develop National Competitions.

ENJOYED vessels and N7, modifying its maximum dimension with mobile elements and with the depths required, are fit to develop in them Olympic Games, the world Championships and championships of the international federation of swimming (THIN)

When you have mobile funds OR mobile elements in the swimming glasses to adapt the depth OR the rest of dimensions of glass to synchronized swimming. these elements will be the norm UNE-EN 13451-11 “ Specific requirements of security and test methods for additional funds pool and mobile mobile walls ”

The rest of the glass features can be accessed atstandard swimming NIDE.

4 OBSTÁCULOS FREE HEIGHT

The height between the surface of the water OR the pavement of the beaches OR platforms and the nearest obstacle (underside of roof, hang beam, luminaire, through air conditioning in covered facilities) should be entirely free and have a minimum of 4 m.

Upon availability stands for spectators, the height shall be aligned to achieve a perfect visibility of glass from the side.

The longitudinal axis of the glass in outdoor pools must match the direction N – S, with a variation between N-NE and N-NO. The longitudinal axis of the glass in indoor pools must match the direction E-O, provided that is natural lighting and not zenith sidebar and diffuse.

6 WATER

Usable water in a glass of synchronized swimming pool will perform the same requirements indicated in the section of the standard swimming NIDE.

The water temperature for competition and workouts must be 26ºc ± 1ºc water will be clear enough to allow the visibility of the bottom of the pool.

7 AIR

Ambient air of all indoor pool that includes a glass of synchronized swimming pool, mark the same requirements indicated in the section of the standard swimming NIDE.

The air temperature is between 2ºc and 3ºc higher than the water in that glass, for technical reasons and physiological with a maximum of 28ºc.

The relative humidity should be between 55% and 70% be advisable to use as a value of design 60%. See the standard swimming NIDE.

8 ILUMINACIÓN

Artificial lighting is uniform and so that does not hinder the vision of swimmers, judges and viewers and should not cause reflexes in the water.

Mark the standard UNE-EN 12193 “ Illumination of sports facilities ” and get the following minimum levels of illumination:

(1) In the whole area of the pool (glasses) rest 750 lux

The luminaires should not be placed on the vertical of the water, in exceptional case that are placed in this position must provide gateways for accessing the lights for conservation and maintenance.

For TV broadcasts of color and recording movies requires a vertical illuminance levels of at least 800 lux, however this value can increase with distance from the camera to the object. For more information should consult the mentioned law.

9 CONTROL OF JUDGES

For the control of the competition will be an area outside the glass with a minimum distance of 2 m around its perimeter.

The chairs of judges must be at altitudes between 1.50 m and 2 m above the water surface.

10 SOUND EQUIPMENT AND AUTOMATIC EQUIPMENT FOR THE COMPETICIÓN

In all those glasses of synchronized swimming which will hold competitions of Olympic Games, competitions global, continental and national, there shall be a sound equipment, as well as facilities and minimum accessories for your installation.

Likewise there shall be a automatic equipment to record the results of the competition aimed at both participants and spectators, according to the rules of the Real Spanish Federation swimming and the international federation of Swimming.

The sound system will include at least as follows:

- Amplificador-mezclador System of sound.

- Reader of cassette and spare units.

- Microphones of high quality microphones and facilities for advertisements and ceremonies.

- Loudspeakers of quality, power, quantity and location sufficient to obtain a clear and uniform sound both in the area of competition or in the area of the spectators.

- Underwater Loudspeakers to obtain a clear and uniform sound under water over any interering noise and acceptable levels for competitors.

- Systems of isolation and transformers impedance matching, when used loudspeakers with metallic coating.

- Tester of the sound volume (decibels) to control noise levels of music.

Connection Cables - equipment correctly, loudspeaker alargaderas appropriate to place your speakers.

- Fuses needed for protection of the speakers and the rest of the teams.

- Lines of land for the secure brought land of all teams.

Security - Materials to minimize the risk of injury to persons or deterioration of the material by stepping on or face in electrical cables OR from the speakers.

- Timer.

- Utiles and appliances necessary measure for the initial and special ramifications for emergency repairs.

- Systems of communication between staff and cabin of sound.

- System to control the sound under water continuously.
