Free maintains encounters with most responsible for Innovation sports after the XIX assembly of the American Council of sport in Punta del Este

Madrid, 21 February 2019.-The secretary of state for sport, María José Free, has remained different encounters with the principals of sports of Latin American countries after attending the XIX assembly of the American Council of sport in Punta del Este (Uruguay), where it is official trip to mark the XXV Iberoamerican board meeting of sport (CID) which takes place this week.




María José Free has participated in separate bilateral meetings with the sports minister Paraguay, Irma Moral Fátima, and with the president of the Cuban Institute of sport, Antonio Becali.




It has also attended a meeting with Vitor Pataco, president of the institute of sports and youth of Portugal, and Jorge Carvalho, international affairs adviser, which has addressed the possibility of collaboration between the two countries.




Finally, the agenda of Free has been completed with an encounter with the ministers responsible of the area of sports of equator, Port rich, Paraguay, the minister of Uruguay, representatives of the UNESCO and of the board of Europa to discuss policies on women and Sport. It has addressed the possibility of reviving the Ibero-American Network of Woman and Sport.
