Madrid, 27 february 2024.-The president of the supreme council for sports, josé Manuel Rodríguez Uribes, has met this tuesday at the headquarters of the agency with the president of the Professional League football (League (F), Beatriz Álvarez.
This event has occurred in the framework of collaboration between both entities since the launching of the first league professional women of our country.
The high council of sports is facilitating the development and the professionalization of the spanish soccer with an unprecedented economic investment.
Through the recovery Plan, transformation and Resilience, the high council of sports is promoting the improvement of infrastructure, with a call for eur 18 million, and the grant of $1.5 million for the independent clubs that form part of the highest calibre.
This is in addition to aid in the amount of €5 million in 2002 and $7.5 million in 2023 aimed at the league F. This collaboration will continue in 2024, since the Council for sports undertook to support the development of the league F during its first three years.
