The locality will host the world championships of Mountain and racing Trail Running in 2025
Madrid, 6 september 2023.The president of the supreme council for sports (CSD),Víctor Francosit has received this wednesday, the mayor of Canfranc,Fernando Sánchezwho issued the planning for the organization of theWorld championships mountain Races yTrail Running2025.
In thecandidaturefor this world championship races and Mountain Trail Running 2025 have been involved in the city of Canfranc, the Provincial council of Huesca, the government of aragón, the government through the CSD and the royal Spanish Federation of Athletics.
This sporting event meet 1,700 athletes from 70 countries.
