Will the TIHAMA AGENCY for the first time with more women than men

Madrid, 25 february 2020. The Board Of Directors of the supreme council for sports (CSD) has today approved the appointment of new members of the administrative Tribunal of sport (TAD), which for the first time shall be composed of more women than men, compared to three, four.



The highest organ of the CSD has elected Beatriz Rodríguez Villar, Eva María Fernández, Pilar Juárez and Santiago Areal as new members of the TAD. The first two have been nominated by the federations, while the last two has been a proposal from the secretary of state and president of the council, Irene Lozano.



Beatriz Rodríguez Legal is of the council of state and law degree at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas-ICADE. Throughout its history has played its work as counsel in different ministries, something that has compaginado to her university teaching.



Eva María Fernández is state counsel and bachelor of law and in management and conduct of business at the university Pontificia ComillasICADE. At present legal plays its role in higher education.



Pilar Juárez Pérez holds a doctorate in law from the national distance learning university and bachelor of law, university of málaga. Currently she is professor of private international law, university Carlos III de Madrid.



Santiago Areal Ludeña is also professor of private international law, Carlos III university, Madrid, a work that has been teaching for over 20 years.



In addition, the board of directors has approved the amendment of the rules of procedure of the sports federations of Badminton, table tennis, volleyball, Ajedrez, sports and Dancing Petanca.
