Yearbook of Sports Statistics

Publications prepared by the Statistics and Studies Division of the Technical General Secretariat of the Ministry, which include the selection of the most relevant statistical results of the sports field prepared from the multiple statistical sources available.The interest of these works is to provide a useful tool for an objective knowledge of the situation of the sports sector in Spain and its evolution.

DEata

DEata is a database with statistical series of the sports sector accessible by Internet, which includes methodological or numerical statistical information, which the Ministry produces, systematizes or disseminates. It is a system for storing and disseminating statistics available for this sector similar to that currently used by the National Statistical Institute.

Survey of Sports Habits 2022

The survey, belonging to the National Statistical Plan 2021-2024, has been carried out by the Ministry of Culture and Sport together with the Higher Sports Council, and has counted with the collaboration of the National Statistical Institute in its sample design. Aimed at people aged 15 and over, its main purpose is to obtain indicators relating to the sports habits of Spaniards.
