- The body agrees a proposed sanction of 75,000 euros for Osasuna for keeping as a subscriber an amateur with prohibited access to sports venues and identified in the list sent by the club to Oviedo on November 3
- Europe League’s Sevilla Betis and Betis Utrecht declared high-risk
Madrid, November 21, 2025.- The State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sport has proposed punishing Deportivo Alavés with a fine of 60.001 euros and the closure of his stadium for a month for the support of the club to radical fans.
The Mendizorroza Stadium (Vitoria-Gasteiz) has murals, graffiti and promotional stickers of the ultra Iraultza 1921 group on its exterior facade. The Anti-Violence Commission collected security reports and, at its meeting on October 28, proposed a fine of 40,000 euros for the exhibition of these drawings.
However, the murals were not removed. On them were placed some red folios forming a blade and some posters with the legend: “Censored by the coordinator of the Ertzaintza.”
Law 19/2007, of July 11, against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport expressly prohibits the giving of “promotion or support” to groups of radical followers. The Commission considers that the measures adopted do not cover up the murals.
Clubs
On the other hand, the State Commission against Violence, Racism and Intolerance in Sport has proposed a fine of 75,000 euros to the Club Atlético Osasuna for a very serious infraction during the match against Oviedo, played in the Asturian capital on November 3.
The Navarre team sent the local club a list of fans who would travel to Oviedo to attend the match. Among them, there was a follower who was burdened with a ban on access to sports venues.
In addition, the National Police was able to verify that the fan was still registered as a subscriber to the Osasuna. Article 25 of Law 19/2007, against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport, states that “Clubs and persons responsible for the organization of sports shows must deprive of the status of member, associate or subscriber to persons who are sanctioned with the prohibition of access to sports venues…”.
Cycling tour
On the other hand, the State Commission has proposed for sanction a group of demonstrators identified by the Civil Guard during the last stages of the last Tour of Spain. Sanctions of 3,000 euros have been proposed for protests that forced to alter the route of the cycling event.

Finally, the State Commission against Violence in Sport has agreed to declare high-risk parties to the following meetings:
Europa League
- Real Betis Balompié – Utrecht CF
