Madrid, 1 septiembre.-The high council of sports (CSD) urged the Administrative Court of sport (TAD) to suspend temporarily to Luis Rubiales, after this body, independent of the CSD in its proceedings have initiated this friday, the punitive procedure against mandatorio for alleged commission of two serious infringements.
