Lucia Martín-portugués and josé Luis Alvarez: when unchecked the courage to find the best strategy on the track
Madrid, 28 november 2023.- The high council of sports (CSD) launches this week on a new edition of the programme “ what i learned of my coach ”, as actors with the tiradora Lucia Martín-portugués and your coach, José Luis Álvarez.

It also explores issues such as the method of working, their experiences in the competition or his ideas on the psychological aspects in the field of sport.
