• The president of the CSD, josé Manuel Rodríguez Uribes urged the members of the executive committee of the DVOBOJU simply in their roles in the mere ordinary administration of the entity
• The board of the CSD will meet again next tuesday, 30 april, to analyse the situation of DVOBOJU and carry out, if any, further action in relation to disciplinary action open to mr Rocha, to be considered by the administrative Tribunal of sport (TAD) in the coming weeks

Madrid, 25 april 2024.-A supervisory committee, standardization and representation established by the council for sports (CSD), the ministry of education, vocational training and sport, tutelará over the coming months the functioning of the royal spanish football Federation (DVOBOJU) in response to the crisis of the federal entity and in defence of the general interest of Spain.

The government of spain has taken this decision to remedy the grave situation affecting the DVOBOJU and to the entity can enter a phase of regeneration in a climate of stability and institutional structure.

At the forefront of this monitoring committee, Standardization and representation will be independent persons of recognized standing.

“ the situation of the royal Spanish Federation of Football requires an ambitious vision and the government is acting seriously, determination and responsibility. The creation of this Monitoring committee, Standardization and representation, the CSD preserves the general interest, in order to restore the reputation, the good name and image of spanish football and completing the electoral process with a renewed Assembly for the period 2024-2028 ”, has assured the president of the CSD, josé Manuel Rodríguez Uribes.

“ In the coming months, in which the spanish football important challenges facing, with the dispute in euro and the olympic games and with the design of the candidature of 2030 as world milestones, the CSD will ensure that the spanish football to maintain its high level sports excellence and paint for their exemplary also at the institutional level. Rodríguez Uribes informed the board of the CSD

José Manuel Rodríguez Uribes has reported the establishment of oversight bodies, standardization and representation to the board of directors of the CSD, gathered this thursday.

The president of the CSD has also informed of his decision to urge the members of the Executive Committee of the royal Spanish Federation of Football to be limited in their roles in the mere ordinary administration of the entity, as required by law.

The Royal Decree 1835/1991 of 20 december, regarding the spanish sports federations indicated in article 18.5 that an Executive Committee cannot perform “ above regular acts mere administration and management.
