Violence proposes a sanction of 30,000 euros Burgos CF by failure to separate the hobbies rivals in the high-risk declared Burgos CF – Racing Santander

30 april 2024.-The Standing Committee of the state commission against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport has agreed to nominatea severe sanction of 30,000 euros Burgos CF by appropriately separated not fans of each team in different areas of their stadium on the occasion of the football match Burgos CF – Real Racing Santander Club, which had been declared a high risk by the commission Anti-Violence.This fact made resulted in countless situations of public disorder, discussions, fights and insults between rival supporters placed in a same grada, and the occupation of the sessions of the amateur sports clubs for much of the match. These facts created serious challenges to the police operation deployed for this meeting and caused the Arbitrator had to stop the party.

The Committee recalls that Anti-Violence “ the separation of education is compulsory for all clubs or organizing sports companies meetings for the professional competitions, which will need to establish a system to manage and accommodate the components of hobbies, situándolos contending teams in the spaces ready for that purpose, so as to who are separated, as indicated in article 30.1 of the royal decree 203/2010 ”.

Also at the highest-risk, article 10 of act 19/2007 against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport collects, “ that the declaration of a meeting as high risk will entail the obligation of clubs of separating rival hobby in different areas of trade ”.

In addition, the commission has established Anti-Violence these other proposals of sanction for the following football clubs:

  • Proposal for a penalty of 40,000 euros Deportivo This SADfor not having withdrawn from all those sporting wording which, in the form of murals, graffiti and stickers are promotion of the group IRAULTZA 1921, whose members have been subjected to violent behaviour identified in the law 19/2007 of 11 july, against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport. The commission reminds the club which has already been warned and proposed for punishment in several previous occasions by the existence of the symbology, not having made no changes in this regard, as requested repeatedly.
  • Proposal for punishment of 4,000 euros a Ray of Madrid Vallecano ODSdeficiencies in the control measures of access and permanence of spectators, allowing for introducing and deployment of a large banner in one of the stadium, have not previously had been reported to the coordinator of the security council or were attached certificate any flame retardant on these banners during the game Ray Vallecano – Real Betis Football. Proposals for a sanction

The commission also Violence has agreed these other proposals of sanction for the following fans:
