Madrid, 29 september 2023.The high council of sports (CSD) launches this friday, a new edition of the audiovisual project “ what i learned of my coach ”, which introduces a new format with a dialogue between the spanish national triathlon, Iñaki Arenal, and the young promise María Alzaga.

After the dispute in the grand finale of the world Series, of the world championship sub-23 and world championship paralympic triathlon in Pontevedra, where the spanish selection three medals - Dani Molina gold and silver from Susana Rodríguez and Marta Francés, all of them in category paralímpica-, España has faced the challenge of remain among the best countries in the world.

For this reason, this new edition of “ what i learned of my coach ” submitted to one of the emerging figures of spanish triathlon, María Alzaga, who talks with the national, Iñaki Arenal, on the evolution and growth of the future, triathletes of day to day practice in Madrid and the importance of good communication to build trust between the sportsman and coach.

María Alzaga has competed so far in jerez in european cups. “ my objective is to continue to achieving more points in the ranking for Global and european contest ” he says. This project, driven by the higher school of Sports Lessons of the supreme council for sports, aims at placing value on the figure of the coach and its important work in improving the preparation, progression and the achievement of the successes sportsmen.
