Resolutions of the TAD

Based on Royal Decree 53/2014, of 31 January, which develops the composition, organization and functions of the Administrative Court of Sport, its resolutions are public, respecting the right to honour and privacy of individuals, with observance of the adequate protection of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data.

For this purpose, they are inserted in the electronic headquarters of the Superior Sports Council, as well as in that of the Spanish Agency for the Protection of the Health of the Athlete.
