Barcelona, 7 july 2023.-The president of the supreme council for sports (CSD) and secretary of State for sport, Víctor Francos, has assisted in El Masnou to the submission of the fourth Consolidated basketball tournament organized by The Ricky Rubio Foundation and Special Olympics España. In the event, which has taken place in the Complex Esportiu Municipal, has been accompanied by the local mayor, Jaume Oliveras; by the international player of the spanish selection of basketball, Ricky Rubio; by the president of The Ricky Rubio Fundation, Esteve Rubio; by the secretary-general of the Spanish Paralympic Committee, Miguel Sagarra; and by the director of Special Olympics España, Enric Blesa.
During his speech, Víctor Francos has put in value to “ persons ” as the causes baloncestista english Ricky Rubio, who had appreciated the work carried out by social.
Víctor Francos has also underlined the importance of encouraging initiatives that facilitate the inclusion of persons with disabilities through sport and that promote their full integration.
