Irene Lozano fires the spanish team Powerlifting that will compete in the european championship of Moscow
The secretary of State for sport and president of the supreme council for sports (CSD), Irene Lozano, today has dismissed the membership of the team of spanish powerlifting competing in the championship of europe absolute 2021 that will take place in moscow (Russia) from 03 to 11 april.
Lozano, it was his last act as the highest responsibility for the CSD, has sought to highlight the importance of holding an event like this, “ is the return of a certain normality after a very challenging year. It has been an extremely difficult months where we have had to manage the uncertainty, but there is no hard to see better than to compete again ”. “ we are going to make everyone feel representáis superorgullosos, integrity and the positive values of sport, i take away much of you all. I wish you good luck, great courage and strength ” ” has concluded.
In the act also intervened with the triple olympic gold medalist, Lydia Valentín, and the president of the royal Spanish Federation of Powerlifting. Both have thanked the secretary of State the leadership of the CSD during one year “ complex ”. “ Gracias Irene for your support in these months so hard and good luck in the future ”, the spanish sportsman. On the european championships next weekend, the president and the halterófila, have stressed the significance as it is key for a place for the olympic games in Tokyo 2020.
