The High Council of sports is partner of the international association for sports and recreational facilities (IAKS) is a non-profit association in the area of the construction of sports facilities and leisure facilities. Founded in 1965 in Cologne (Germany), its task is to collect, evaluate and transfer experience in planning, build, equip and exploit sport facilities, game and leisure
