The campaign # YoMeMuevoEnCasa of CSD and the council COLEF recalls the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle during the state of alarm
Madrid, 18 march 2020.- The high council of sports (CSD) and the General council of physical education and sports (COLEF) have launched the campaign in social networks # YoMeMuevoEnCasa to promote the activity and physical exercise in households during the days of the state of alarm decreed following the extension of the COVID-19 in our country.
Thanks to this initiative will be disseminated a series of recommendations with simple and appropriate for different ages and physical condition. The messages to conducting exercises with elements that are part of everyday life and the creation of a regular routine habits assets.
The campaign recalls that the extended stay in the home can allow exercises with elements of our daily lives and our own weight to enhance qualities as a force or coordination furthermore, to do so in family.
It is also advisable to reduce the time of exposure to screen for all ages through regular routine habits assets or with such alternatives as the bailiff or the game with challenges of balance or skill.
With this campaign, the CSD and the council COLEF, body representing the Official College of Sports Physical Educators in spain, joining the initiative # YoMeQuedoEnCasa, highlighting the importance of remaining assets to avoid the effects of physical inactivity caused by the state of health alarm.
The high council of sports recommends that, in order to maintain our regular physical activity or discover the benefits of the exercise in our homes, must always be the recommendations of the health authorities and, specifically, those that provide us with qualified professionals.
