0. AMBITO OF APLICACIÓN
The present Regulatory Norm applies to all those ice rinks made wholly or partly funded by the High Council of sports to practice and ice hockey where they celebrate competitions of the Spanish Federation ice sports (FEDH), in this sport. it's jurisdiction of such Federation the approval of each installation for the organisation of official competitions ice hockey.
This document has been produced with the purpose of normalizing regulatory aspects of any facility able to practice this sport, which have been taken into account the existing international Rules and has been subjected to consultation of the Spanish Federation corresponding (Spanish Federation ice sports).
1. DEFINICIÓN TAMAÑO AND TRACK
Ice hockey is played on a surface of white ice Rink called.
The game is a rectangle whose dimensions must be between the limits that shown below:
- In competitions of high level of the international federation Hockey (IIHF) and the Spanish Federation of sports of ice, the best standard dimensions of the track will be 60 m long and 26 - 30 m in width.
- In cases where the established before dimensions are not possible, other dimensions are allowed if and when they are approved by the Spanish Federation ice sports or IIHF before the competition.
In new construction slopes are not permitted dimensions of the game, below the minimum of 60 m by 26 m. It is recommended that are always of dimensions 60 m by 30 m.
The four corners of the game will be rounded shape with a circle arc of radio between 7 m and 8.5 m and with centre in the interior of the track. See:
For under 9 years all matches will be played on 1 / 3 of the normal area of the track, conserving the proportion, and in the two broad areas of the same.
2. FENCE AND PERIMETER ZÓCALO
Around the track of game is available throughout its perimeter, a fence of wood or plastic white, underpinned by vertical elements (anchorages) placed in the face opposite to the playing surface, and set the soil of solid form and resilient.

3. PANELS OF PROTECCIÓN TRANSPARENT

4. OUTER BANDS AND NETWORK OF PROTECCIÓN

5. DIVISIÓN AND LAYOUT OF THE TRACK

6. SEPARATIONS MÓVILES

7. HEIGHT OBSTÁCULOS FREE

8. ORIENTACIÓN

9. ILUMINACIÓN

10. SURFACE ICE SPORT
The ice surface is white, the ice is formed by freezing water and chemicals with a constant quality throughout the track, through a cooling system to keep the temperature and density of the ice, you can also enter natural environments.
The surface of ice of the track will remain flat and smooth through the necessary polishing of ice. The thickness recommended the layer of ice will be between 3 and 4 cm. The temperature of the ice will remain in the following values: – 5º C (parties) – 3rd C (training).
For the matches for three times of 20 minutes, it will pass the ice machine before the start of each time and after initial warming.

In case of extension, will not be the ice machine unless it is a Final. The FEDH or federations Autonomist ice sports can authorize specific adaptations to these rules.
The Arbitrator has the authority to remove a snow accumulation around the poles or on the goal line near the goal.
The system of ventilation and air conditioning prevents forming fog on the surface of ice, in case you happen the referee can stop the game until the air of the playing area is clear enough,

11.1. THE FRAMEWORK

13. THE STICKS OR “ ” SPRUNG

14. THE SKATES

11.8. PROTECCIÓN TEAMS

The doormen will have the following specific protection teams:

16. BENCH PLAYERS, PUNISHED AND JUDGES
16.1. Bench players
Each track of ice hockey will have two identical bench for the exclusive use of players in uniform and technicians of both teams. 16.2. Bench sanctioned
Each track will have two bench of punished with capacity for a minimum of five players each.

17. BOOKMARK
The ice hockey rink will have a bookmark with electric clock with the aim of facilitating viewers, players, coaches and referees accurate information on:

18.MEGAFONÍA AND SOUND SYSTEM
The ice hockey rink will megaphone installation and sound system, with speakers sufficient and ready in appropriate places for a proper hearing level.
During the general megaphone of the ice rink should be reserved for the exclusive use of the table file and security.
The musical entertainment broadcast by the official megaphone is strictly forbidden during phases of game, since should not disrupt the development of the game.

19. VIDEO TEAM
