FTS Futsal

This Regulatory Standard applies to all football gambling camps that are wholly or partially conducted with funds of the Sports Council for the practice of soccer and where competitions of the Real Federación Española de Fútbol and the Federación Española de Deportes para Ciegos are to be held. It is the responsibility of these sports federations to approve each installation for the organisation of official football competitions. This document has been elaborated with the aim of standardizing the regulatory aspects of any useful installation for the practice of this sport, for which the current international regulations have been taken into account and has been submitted to consultation of the Real Federación Española de Fútbol and the Federación Española de Deportes para Ciegos.

3.1 FIELD LAYOUT FOR TOTAL BLIND (B1) AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED (B2 and B3)The

The sidelines of the band are configured by fences along the playing field, plus 1 m outward to avoid the off-band. The fences shall have a height of 1,00 m to 1,20 m and a maximum inclination of 10° towards the outside of the field. For the safety of the players, the side fences shall not have live edges, the edges shall be rounded with a radius of at least 4±1 mm and shall not have gaps greater than 8 mm which may cause finger trapping, the surface shall be of flexible material or shall have padded damping protections, the surface of the padded protections shall be of a sturdy material and must be fixed to the side fences. 4. OBSTACLES FREE HEIGHT BETWEEN

In order to broadcast TV color and film recording, a level of vertical illuminance is required depending on the speed of the action and the dimension of the object, in the aforementioned standard UNE-EN 12193, sports have been classified, in this sense, into three groups A, B and C; the ballroom football belongs to group B. The value of the vertical illuminance varies with the distance from the camera to the object.

The manufacturer and the installer of the sports pavement shall provide the documentation of the sports pavement which shall include at least the following:-

Description of the installation procedure.- Information on
the maintenance of the sports pavement.- The results of
the “on-site” tests and their compliance with the required requirements.8. THE GOAL OR PORTERIAEthe soccer field will

comply with the requirements laid down in Order PRE/1832/2011 of 29 June regulating the doping control area, the sampling material and the protocol for handling and transporting blood samples and will have the following spaces:• A waiting room with chairs and refrigerators for non-alcoholic beverages or other substances that could give rise to adverse results, and adjacent room/s for collection of blood containers If

additional room, refrigerators shall be fitted with a wrench to store the samples to their traslado.Para high-level competitions, the doping control area shall have a minimum surface area of 30 m2 and shall include:• Waiting room with seats for 8 people with hangers

cupboards and refrigerator.• Working room with table and four chairs, wardrobe with wrench and sink. It will

have easy or direct access

to the sports track and from the outside of the sports facility without obstacles, it will meet the requirements of the NIDE standard “Halls and Pavilions”.17. NATURAL AUXILIARY AREAS17.1 OFFICES OF ADMINISTRATION AND ACCREDITATION ROOM ON SPACES INTENDED FOR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE SPORTS FACILITY. Its size will be according to the size of the sports facility it serves, however it is recommended that each area has a space of not less than 20 square meters. It shall meet the requirements of the NIDE standard “Rooms and Pavilions”. For high-level international competitions, offices with the necessary surface area and equipment will be available for the planned events. It is recommended

to have the following spaces:• Two work rooms and offices.• Work room for delegates.• Meeting room for 15 persons.• Two warehouses for temporary storage of sports equipment, technical equipment. )• Space for accreditation in the entrance lobby, with direct access from the outside and area of 30 to 50 m2. Vips and media accreditation spaces shall be differentiated and separated from the rest. All the accreditation spaces will be clearly signalled17.2 PERSONALLthe staff rooms will be of a size depending on the number of people involved in the preparation of the game track, cleaning, maintenance of technical facilities, etc. These costumes will be arranged separately from the area of sportspeople and referees' costumes.17.3 SPACES FOR AUTHORITIES AND PERSONALIDADESEhe large sports facilities will be provided a reception area and a stay of authorities and personalities, which will be located near the Tribune of authorities as a prepalco. For high-level competitions, it is necessary to reserve spaces to receive VIP guests in an efficient and functional way, whose dimension depends on the type of event. It is recommended to have a hospitality vip room suitable for at least 100 people, with an area of 100 m2. These spaces will also be available for use in the event fines.As for parking spaces for at least 50 vehicles with a separate area of access and direct access to the interior of the facility and close to the Hospitality Room.17.4 SPACES FOR THE MEDIA OF COMMUNICATION The distance to the press centre must be short.- Radio and TV commentators:• Fixed booths with a space of 3 m x 3 m each, with a window of possible opening in the front of the booths, acoustically insulated, with good visibility and without obstacles to the game track. At least 6 spaces with two seats each will be available.• Each commenter will have a desk large enough to place their equipment (TV screen, PC, fax, working papers, etc.) and will have electrical outlets, internet connection, printer, etc.• The commenter area will be easily accessible from other working

the central gallery next to the main fixed cameras, separate from the public. National League of Meetings competitions if requested.- Press Conference Room and Press Working Room: A press conference room, equipped with microphones and a public address system, electricity sockets and sufficient furniture for a minimum number of 60 people and space for TV cameras, will be available. The number of spectators to be predicted depends on the level and character of the event deportivo.Las sports

facilities, where high-level competitions are held and/or when the nature of the event can be foreseen displacements of spectators that may cause dangerous accumulation of them, will have the graderais divided into sectors conveniently separated by security reasons, so that the different groups of followers are separated. The separation elements shall comply with the standard UNE-EN 13200-3 “Separation elements. Requirements.” The capacity of each sector shall not exceed 2,000 spectators and a larger sector may be divided into sub-sectors with a capacity not greater than that indicated. Each sector or subsector shall have at least 2 outputs.
